I thought the same recently and it’s purely hypothetical. Covid-19 isextremely virulent and contagious. Ten days ago here in Geneva, which is a mid-sized city, it is likely the virus was around in my neighborhood and the few places I visited. I had a running nose and very very light pain in the lungs a few days ago, which rarely happens to me; was it covid-19? Are we overly conscious of the slightest sign of illness right now? Hard to tell but I do think it’s absolutely possible to host it and have almost unnoticeable symptoms.
One thing to keep in mind: act as you are carrying the virus at all times. This was probably the best piece of advice I have been learning recently. Stay inside and go out ONLY if that’s absolutely necessary.
Without drastic behavioral changes, the spread will go on and on. It takes at least 5 days after limiting social interactions to show any kind of positive impact on the spread.
Just – stay – home!
